These white chocolate chips are perfect for; chocolate fountains, cakes, desserts, baking, decoration, chocolate fondues, making chocolates, enrobing and mould making.

Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla.

Suitable for moulding, enrobing, hollow figures and dipping.
